Miscreants Loot Rs 15 Lakh From Private Firm Employee In Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: Three motorcycle-borne miscreants looted Rs 15 lakh from a person in front of the Odisha Gramya Bank branch in Lodhani under Parjang police limits in Dhenkanal on Monday.

The victim has been identified as a private company employee in the same locality.

According to reports, the matter came to light after the victim, the manager of a company, lodged a complaint at a local police station in this regard.

Based on the plaint, police reached the spot and initiated a probe into the incident.

Police sources said the CCTV footage of the area were being scrutinised to identify the criminals involved in the loot. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
