Cuttack: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) released admit cards on Friday for the much-awaited written examination for the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) which is scheduled on August 21. Candidates can now visit www.opsc.gov.in site to download their admitcards.
The examination has been scheduled to take place in three sittings. While the General Awareness paper is to take place in the first sitting i.e; from 9 AM to 10:30 AM, the test of reasoning and mental ability is to be conducted in the 2nd sitting i.e; 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Similarly, language papers (English & Odia) to be conducted in the 3rd sitting i.e; 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Earlier, OPSC informed that any kind of digital and manual wrist watches will not be allowed inside the examination. The exam will be held in three different shifts. The candidates are being invited for a total of 796 posts of Assistant Section Officer.
