School Girl Found Hanging In Classroom; Police Suspect Murder Over Affair

Jajpur: A girl’s body was found hanging inexplicably at her school in Jajpur’s Badabalikuda under Badachana block early this morning.

Although the actual cause of the incident is unknown, it is speculated that it may have resulted from her and her boyfriend’s unrequited love affair.

The girl and her boyfriend allegedly tried to commit suicide by hanging together. Despite the girl passing away, the boy was saved because he fell to the ground from the weight of his own body.

Balichandrapur police arrived at the scene, recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem. The supposed boyfriend of the deceased girl was detained.

However, the police don’t seem to buy the boy’s version of the event. “We want to discover if the boy killed the girl or if someone else did,” the police said.

The Balichandrapur police responded quickly to the scene after receiving a call from villagers and recovered the body. The young person has been detained, and an investigation has been opened.
