Jaydev Unadkat Released From India’s Squad for 2nd Test to Play Ranji Trophy Final

Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released bowler Jaydev Unadkat ahead of the second test between India and Australia, so he could play in the Ranji Trophy 2023 Final against Bengal. The final match between Bengal and Saurashtra will begin on February 16 in Kolkata, and the fast bowler will be available to captain his home team Saurashtra.

Jaydev Unadkat reportedly asked the Indian management to release him from the Indian squad for the second Test match in order to participate in the Ranji Trophy Final. The request was approved by the Indian selectors a short while ago.

The second Test between India and Australia is scheduled to start on February 17, 2023, at Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium. The home team is anticipated to field an unchanged team.
