When the two reunited on the sidelines of the practice session at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, their intimate bond was once again on display. Ishan greeted Shubman by giving him a cheeky slap as soon as he stepped onto the pitch. Later, Gill did the same in return for the kindness.

The youngsters’ jokes and laughter were caught on camera, and Mumbai Indians (MI) posted the clip to all on their social media accounts.

The video soon went viral and has garnered more than 22 lakh likes thus far.
