Newly-Wed Woman Found Hanging In Bhubaneswar, Kin Allege Murder

Bhubaneswar: The body of a newly-wed woman was found hanging from a closed house in Jaripatna village of Mancheswar police station limits in Bhubaneswar.

The deceased was identified as Laxmipriya of Diasahi in Jagatsinghpur district.

According to reports, Laxmipriya had married one Prabhat Parida two years back.

Following this, the family members of the deceased filed a complaint with the Mancheswar police station and alleged that some conflict transpired on Wednesday night which led Laxmipriya’s in-laws to kill her..

Though the exact cause of death is yet to be ascertained, family members of the woman have alleged that she was strangled to death by her husband and in-laws.
