Suva (Fiji): An earthquake of magnitude 6.3 on the Richter Scale hit Suva of Fiji.
According to the National Center for Seismology information, the earthquake was experienced at 10:01 AM on Tuesday.
Taking to its official Twitter handle, the National Centre for Seismology stated, “Earthquake of Magnitude:6.3, Occurred on 18-04-2023, 10:01:43 IST, Lat: -22.42 & Long: 179.26, Depth: 569 Km, Location: 485km S of Suva, Fiji.”

As per the data, the epicenter of the quake was about 569 km below ground.
No casualties or damages were reported yet.
