Thunderstorm Yellow Warning For 14 Odisha Districts Till 13 June

Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday issued a yellow warning for lightning and rain in 14 districts of Odisha.

As per the yellow warning, the effect of Kalabaishakhi will be seen in the coastal districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khordha, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Kandhamal, Rayagada, Koraput today.

Yellow warning for following districts till June 13 morning.

June 9-10: A thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati and Ganjam.

June 10-11: Thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nawarangapur, Rayagada, Gajapati, Mayurbhanj, Balasore

June 11-12: Thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Nawarangapur, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Bolangir.

June 12-13: Thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nawarangapur, Rayagada, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Bolangir, Ganjam, Gajapati, Nayagarh, Khurda, Boudh, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore.
