10 Dead, 1 Critical After Car Rams Into Truck on Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway

Ahmedabad: A horrific accident on the Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway claimed the lives of ten people on Wednesday. One other passenger is reported to be in critical condition.

The accident occurred as the car veered behind a trailer truck while travelling from Vadodara to Ahmedabad. All ten occupants of the car lost their lives in the collision, as confirmed by the police.

Following the news of the accident, two ambulances promptly responded, transporting the bodies to the hospital. Unfortunately, eight occupants of the car were pronounced dead at the scene, while two succumbed to their injuries on the way to the hospital.

The incident led to a significant traffic congestion on the expressway, causing delays for commuters.

An investigation has been launched by the police to determine the cause of the accident.
