At least 2 Killed, 1 Injured In Suicide Blast In Pakistan’s Peshawar

Peshawar: A bomb planted on a motorbike exploded on Sunday in Board Bazar, Nasir Bagh Road Peshawar, killing at least two people and injuring one, according to police officials.

The blast occurred in the heart of Peshawar’s historic Board Bazaar, sending shockwaves through the busy marketplace. Details surrounding the incident are still emerging, but authorities believe the explosives were deliberately placed on the motorbike.

“As per initial reports, explosives were planted in a parked motorcycle,” said a police official. Rescue teams are currently at the scene, and the area has been cordoned off for investigation.

The identities of the deceased and injured are yet to be disclosed. The motive behind the attack also remains unclear, with no group claiming responsibility so far.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur strongly condemned the bombing and has reportedly sought a comprehensive report from the police regarding the incident.

Police are currently investigating the blast and working to identify the perpetrators.
