8-Yr-Old Boy Dies in Crocodile Attack in Angul Dist

Angul:  An eight-year-old boy died in a crocodile attack in the Tikarpada area of Angul district on Saturday.

According to reports, the ill-fated boy was playing on the banks of the Mahanadi River when a crocodile suddenly emerged from the water and dragged away the child.

Locals and fire brigade personnel located the boy’s body after a search. The body bore marks of crocodile attack.
