AAP Leader Sanjay Singh Gets Bail After 6 Months in Liquor Policy Case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh in the Delhi liquor policy money laundering case.

Sanjay Singh was arrested in October 2023 in connection with the Delhi liquor excise policy case.

As per the apex court, the AAP leader will be released on terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial court and will, crucially, be allowed to continue with political activities during  the 2024 Lok Sabha election process.
