Armed Robbers Loot Rs 21 Lakh from Bank in Bihar’s Patna

Patna: Unidentified armed robbers looted Rs 21 lakh from a Punjab National Bank (PNB) branch in Patna district on Monday.

The incident occurred at the bank branch located under the Dulhin Bazar police station area in Patna district was targeted by the bank robbers at around 10.30am.

According to reports, around three to four miscreants took the bank employees and customers hostage at gunpoint and locked them inside a room.

As per the information provided by the branch manager to the police, the armed men looted around Rs 21 lakh from the bank. They also took away the digital video recorder of the CCTV cameras with them.

The police are trying to identify the people involved in the bank robbery with the help of CCTV cameras installed in the areas well as sniffer dogs.
