At Least 10 Injured in Bees Attack During Funeral Rituals in Balasore Dist

Balasore: At least 10 persons were injured in a bee attack during the funeral rituals of a man at Demuria village under Jaleswar block in Balasore on Saturday.

The injured were rushed to the Jaleswar Hospital. Out of them, the condition of four injured persons is reported to be serious. .

According to sources, the villagers faced the bee attack while they were involved in the funeral rites of a villager.

Unable to face the stinging bees, the villagers ran hither to thither leaving the body at the spot.

A team of fire-fighters rushed to the spot and shooed away the bees.
