Biden Reaches Israel, Extends Support in War, Says Gaza Hospital Attacked by “Other Side”

US President Joe Biden reached Israel’s Tel Aviv on Wednesday and expressed his support to Tel Aviv in the war against Hamas.

As per reports, during a bilateral meeting with Netanyahu, Biden told him that the blast at al-Ahli hospital in Gaza “appeared to have been done by the other side and not you”.

Biden has strongly backed top ally Israel and its military campaign against Hamas, following its cross-border attacks that claimed lives of 1,400 people, who were shot, mutilated or burnt to death.  in shock cross-border attacks launched by Hamas on October 7.

“I wanted to be here today. For a simple reason I want the people of Israel, the people in the world to know where the United States stands,” Biden said.

“They (Hamas) committed atrocities that make ISIS look somewhat rationale. We also have to bear in mind that Hamas does not represent all the Palestinian people, and has brought them only suffering,” he added.

Descending from the plane in Tel Aviv, Biden embraced Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Isaac Herzog.
