Defence Min Rajnath Singh to Visit Odisha Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Defence Minister and senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh will visit Odisha on Thursday to bolster the party organization ahead of the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the state.

During his Odisha visit, Rajnath Singh will attend BJP’s organizational programs in Nabarangpur, Berhampur and Baripada, said Odisha BJP president Manmohan Samal.

On Thursday morning, Rajnath Singh will reach Nabarangpur from Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh by a special helicopter. He will attend the BJP core committee meeting from 11 am to 12 noon in Nabarangpur.

Thereafter, the Defence Minister will proceed to Jagdalpur Airport from where he will leave for Berhampur by a special chopper.

He is expected to arrive at the Rangaelunda airstrip in Berhampur at 1:30 pm and will address an executive members meeting of the BJP in the silk city.

At 3 pm the Union Minister will leave Berhampur for Mayurbhanj by a special helicopter. After arriving at Amarda airstrip in the Mayurbhanj district at 3:30 pm, he will attend another executive members meeting of the BJP from 4 pm to 5 pm.

He will leave for Delhi by a special helicopter from Amarda Airstrip in Mayurbhanj district at around 5:30 pm.
