Delhi High Court Rejects Kejriwal’s Bail Plea, Challenge to CBI Arrest

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea as well as a challenge to his arrest by the CBI in the alleged liquor policy scam, were simultaneously dismissed by the Delhi High Court on Monday.

The High Court directed the AAP supremo to first approach the trial court for relief.

But AAP sources told NDTV that Kejriwal will now move the Supreme Court.

Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in March 2024. The CBI arrested him in June.
