Delhi Woman Kills Boyfriend’s Son, Hides Body in Box-Bed

New Delhi: A 24-year-old woman named Puja murdered her boyfriend’s 11-year-old son in west Delhi. She was arrested by Delhi police.

During her interrogation, she confessed to killing the child as she considered him to be an obstruction to her marriage with his father.

Puja Kumari and the deceased boy’s father Jitendra were in a live-in relationship in 2019. But three years later, Jitendra returned back to his wife and son.

This angered Puja. On August 10, Puja could locate Jitendra’s address in Inderpuri of west Delhi. When she reached the house, she found Jitendra’s son sleeping alone inside.

Puja throttled the boy to death and hid the body inside the box-bed before escaping out.

Investigating police officials identified the killer woman from the CCTV footages from the area. Footage from nearly 300 CCTV cameras across Inderpuri and its neighbouring areas was thoroughly checked to track down the killer woman, who was changing her hideouts frequently to dodge police.
