Dr Ashish Ghosh New Director of IIIT Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Through a notification, Dr. Ashish Ghosh was appointed as the new director of the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bhubaneswar, by the Odisha Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal.

The tenure of Dr. Ghosh will be for five years with effect from the date he assumes office as such or until further orders, whichever is earlier, stated the notification.

He is now serving as a professor and Project Director, Technology Innovation Hub, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.

He has teaching experience of 28 years and has authored 10 books. He has also successfully guided 10 PhD scholars.
