Kerala Records 115 Fresh Covid Cases Today; Total Active Cases Stand at 1,749

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala recorded 115 new COVID-19 infections in the past 24 hours, contributing to a total of 1,749 active cases in the state, according to data from the Union Health Ministry. The nationwide tally reported 142 cases until 8 am on Tuesday, with Kerala accounting for the majority.

There were no reported fatalities in the state within the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, 112 individuals successfully recovered, were discharged, or migrated after being diagnosed with the virus during the same period.

The cumulative number of such cases has now reached 68,36,979. The Ministry’s website indicates that no deaths occurred due to the virus in Kerala during this timeframe.
