Man Dies of Heart Attack After Shooting Down Wife in Maharashtra

Mumbai: A 56-year-old man named Dilip Salvi died of a heart attack after he allegedly shot dead his wife at their residence in Thane of Maharashtra.

This incident happened at around 10.15 pm on Friday. Salvi shot dead his 51-year-old wife Pramila and soon after he died of heart attack.

According to police sources, after returning home on Friday night, Salvi had an altercation with his wife. In anger, he took out his revolver and fired two rounds at his wife, who died on the spot.

A few minutes later, Salvi collapsed on the ground and died. He is suspected to have suffered a heart attack.

Salvi belonged to an influential family involved in local politics and social activities.
