Miscreants Loot ATM in Nabarangpur, Police Detain Two for Investigation

Nabarangpur: Some unidentified miscreants looted an ATM near the Nabarangpur block office on National Highway No 26 on Tuesday late night.

According to reports, the looters managed to break open the ATM. The money looted from the ATM is yet to be ascertained. The miscreants escaped from the spot in a hurry leaving behind some cash strewn on the floor of the ATM cubicle.

Police are investigating this ATM loot case by checking the footage from CCTVs of different locations. The CCTV clips hint that the miscreants reached the targeted ATM in a white car. They left the car near the Sikili forest during their escape.

This car used by the ATM looters has been seized by the police. According to reports, police have detained two persons in connection with the incident.
