Poultry Farm Owner Shot Dead in Jharsuguda Over Suspected Business Rivalry

Jharsuguda: Shahjahan Khan (26), the owner of a poultry farm was shot dead in the Beherapat area under Jharsuguda Sadar police station limits on Monday evening. According to sources, he was allegedly murdered for business rivalry.

Local police have confirmed the murder and a search operation is on to recover the body, which is suspected to be dumped by the killers in a forest at the Jharsuguda-Sambalpur border.

Police have identified the accused and his associate. A police team is raiding nab the two accused. Police have also detained two persons in connection with the crime.
