Rourkela’s Lady Asst Sub-Collector Found Dead in Park

Rourkela: Rourkela Assistant Collector Sushmita Minz (35) was found dead at Centurion Park in Rourkela on Tuesday afternoon. Her body was recovered from a pond in the park.

Seizing the body, the personnel of the Plant site police station sent the body for post-mortem and it was handed over to her family after autopsy.

Police have registered a case of unnatural death and an investigation is on.

Minz has been missing since Friday. Her brother had registered a missing complaint regarding it with the police on Sunday.

However her family members alleged that pressure and mental torture at workplace may be related to her death.

The body of Susmita Minj was posted at the Rourkela Assistant Collector’s office.
