Suspecting Extramarital Affair, Man Kills Wife in Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A man allegedly murdered his wife at Kharida Binayakpur village under Basudevpur police station limits in Odisha’s Bhadrak district. The accused Dipu Behera surrendered before police after committing the crime.

The deceased was identified as Radharani Behera, the wife of Dipu.

As per the initial investigation, Dipu worked as a migrant worker in Tamil Nadu, while his wife was staying at Binayakpur. Dipu suspected that his wife was having an extramarital affair. Because of it the couple was having a marital tussle.

According to reports, this marital dispute took a violent turn when Dipu returned back from Tamil Nadu. He murdered his wife on Monday night and dumped her body on the outskirts of the village.
