Timing of Anganwadi Kendras Changed Because of Heatwave Condition in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Because of the prevailing heatwave condition in the state, the Odisha Government has revised the timing of Anganwadi centres to 7 am-11.30 am.

Added to it, the authorities have directed to store drinking water and ORS packets at all Anganwadi kendras.

Odisha government has also ordered all schools in the state to hold morning classes from April 2 because of the heatwave condition.

As per the directive, the classes for students from Class I to Class XII in all government, government-aided, and privately managed schools will be held from 7 am to 11.30 am from April 2.
