Trainee IAS Puja Khedkar Doesn’t Report at IAS Training Academy

New Delhi: The controversial trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar failed to report at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration in Mussoorie on Tuesday.

On July 16, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie — training institution for IAS officers — put Puja Khedkar’s training on hold in the aftermath of serious allegations against her. She was also asked to report back to the academy by July 23.

She is accused of resorting irregularities for her selection for civil service.

Khedkar has preferred to remain out of reach after the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) filed a criminal case against her for “misrepresenting and falsifying facts” in her application for civil service.

It is alleged that 34-year-old Khedkar manipulated her identity to appear for the Civil Services exam multiple times. The UPSC has issued a show cause notice to cancel her selection.

Delhi Police have filed a case against her and an investigation is on by the Crime Branch.

According to the Delhi Police, UPSC has filed a complaint against Puja Manorama Dilip Khedkar for misrepresenting and falsifying facts to obtain extra attempts in the UPSC examinations, beyond the prescribed limit.
