Union Min Nitin Gadkari Cancels His Odisha Visit Today, To Launch Projects Via Video Conferencing

Bhubaneswar: Union Minister for Transport Nitin Gadkari cancelled his one-day visit of to Odisha on Thursday. Official sources have not cited any reason for the cancellation of his scheduled visit to Odisha.

During his Odisha visit, Gadkari was to inaugurate and lay the foundation of 28 National Highway projects worth Rs 6,000 crore.

Following the cancellation of his physical visit to Odisha, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of the projects at 12.30 pm via video-conferencing, informed his office through a post on X.

As per the now cancelled schedule, Gadkari was to arrive in Bhubaneswar at around 11.00 am and was also to visit Puri to have the darshan of Lord Jagannath.
