Yami Gautam’s Article 370 Banned in Gulf Countries

Mumbai: Yami Gautam starrer ‘Article 370’ will not be screened in Gulf countries. According to reports, ‘Article 370’ will not be released in Gulf nations like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.

This setback will affect the film’s business in the international market. But the gulf countries have not provided any official explanation for the ban on the movie.

Similarly, Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Fighter’, was also banned in all Gulf nations except the UAE.

In ‘Article 370’, Yami Gautam portrays Zooni Haksar, an intelligence officer involved in an operation in the backdrop of revocation of Article 370 and the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently referenced the film during an address in Jammu, expressing anticipation for its release.

Helmed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, the film also has Priyamani, Arun Govil, and Kiran Karmarkar.
