Actor Ranveer Singh Makes Rs 10.60 Cr Profit Selling 2 Flats for Rs 15.24 Cr

Mumbai: Actor Ranveer Singh sold two flats in a luxury tower in Mumbai for Rs 15.24 crore, making a profit of over 10 crore rupees.

According to IndexTap.com, the actor and his mother Anju Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani signed an agreement for the sale of two flats 4303 and 4304 on the 43rd floor in Tower A of Oberoi Exquisite in Goregaon with another resident in the same complex in Tower C.

These flats were purchased by the actor in December 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore. So, he made a profit of around Rs 10.60 crore in this real estate deal.

Singh is a major real estate investor. In July this year, he bought a quadruplex in Bandra West of Mumbai for Rs 119 crore.

A number of Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Karthik Aryan, Manoj Bajpayee, Ajay Devgn and Kajol, Preity Zinta, Sonakshi Sinha have invested in commercial office spaces and residential apartments in recent months.
