This rate cutter validity is for 30 days, but this offer is not available for all users. If BSNL is not your primary SIM and you are using double SIM cards, then only this offer will be available to you. One can’t get such an offer in any other company plan portfolio except BSNL. Through this plan, you can also keep your BSNL SIM card active for a year. To keep it active for a year, the charge you need to pay is Rs. 252.
