15-Yr-Old Boy Allegedly Kills Woman And Her Daughter in Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A boy of around 15 years of age was detained by police for allegedly killing a woman and her daughter in Ganijanga Panchayat under the Bhadrak Rural police station.

The teenager allegedly strangulated the woman and her minor daughter at Raibani Chowk. The deceased are Sukanti Munda (38) and her daughter Mini (7) of Ganijang Hasinpur Adivasi sahi. The woman and her husband were daily wagers.

The accused minor has been detained by the police for interrogation and the bodies have been sent for postmortem.

According to reports, locals found the minor boy sitting next to the dead body Sukanti in Baniagudi forest on Wednesday. Being informed, the police reached the spot and recovered the body of seven-year-old Mini from under a culvert near Aranji, about 1.5 km away from the spot.
