15-Yr-Old Girl Kidnapped, Gang Raped for 20 Days in Haryana

Chandigarh: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and gang-raped for 20 days by three men in Haryana’s Jind district.

The minor was rescued, and the three accused were arrested by the police on Thursday.

According to police, the girl was missing for around 20 days. Her father had lodged a complaint regarding it.

Police registered a case of kidnapping against unknown people and started an investigation. The three accused were identified. Two of the accused were from the victim’s village, while the third hailed from Uttar Pradesh, police said.

The girl alleged that after her abduction, the three men raped her.

The accused were booked under the POCSO Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, including kidnapping and rape.
