75-Yr-Old Man Forced to Lick Spit, Wear Garland of Shoes in UP

Lucknow: In a shocking incident, Mohabbat Ali, an old man of 75 years forced to lick his own spit and wear a garland of shoes in Uttar Pradesh’s Siddharthnagar. Police have arrested four people allegedly involved in Ali’s humiliation.

This incident happened on December 7 but came to light when a video clip of the inhuman happening showed up on social media.

The face of the victim, Mohabbat Ali, a resident of Tighara village, was also blackened with ink. According to police sources, Ali faced this when a man filed a complaint against Ali of touching his daughter inappropriately.

A case has been registered against them under charges of wrongful restraint, causing hurt, house-breaking, intentional insult, and criminal intimidation.
