Army Officer Sexually Assaults Niece & Kills Her With Wife’s Help

Madurai: An 11-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted and later murdered in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai her uncle and aunt. The victim’s erring uncle is an officer in the Indian Army. The incident happened on March 22. It came to the fore when her aunt admitted her to a hospital in an unconscious state, where she was declared dead

Following the death of her parents, this child was living with her uncle and aunt.

A postmortem of the child revealed that she was sexually assaulted and was suffocated to death.

Police investigation found that the uncle of the child had sexually assaulted her. Her aunt knew about the rape of the child but tried to cover it up by helping her husband kill the child.

The police have arrested the couple and have charged them under the POCSO Act.
