Ghaziabad: An incident has come to light from Ghaziabad, UP where a man took a 12-year-old minor girl to a temple and forcibly got married to her. Then he started taking her away with him. But the police caught him in the railway station itself and arrested him and took him to the police station.

The incident is in the Shani Gate area of ​​Ghaziabad. According to the news received, the criminal had taken the girl to the temple on the pretext of walking. There he filled sindoor in the forehead of the child and threatened her and asked her to go with him. Even after the girl’s refusal, he forcibly started taking her with him. But when he was taking her, some relatives of the girl saw them. Then they immediately informed the family members of the girl and the police.

Taking immediate action on the matter, the police caught the culprit from the railway station. The girl was also with the criminal. The police handed over the girl to the relatives, whereas, the criminal was arrested and taken to the police station. At present, the criminal is being interrogated. At the same time, the girl’s father told the police that they are originally from Bihar and live with the family in the Shani Gate area. His daughter is 12 years old and studies in 6th standard. He said that a person named Krishna, who hails from Bihar, also lives in his neighborhood. He used to visit their house. On Friday, Krishna came to his house and took his daughter with him on the pretext of taking her for a walk. When both of them did not return for a long time, the family members started searching for them. Meanwhile, an acquaintance told him that someone had taken his daughter with him to the railway station. As soon as the police and the girl’s family reached the railway station, they were stunned. The girl’s forehead was filled with sindoor. When the family members asked, the girl told that Krishna had taken her to the temple and filled sindoor there on her forehead. Along with this, he also asked not to tell to anyone. The girl said that Krishna even threatened to kill her if she protested. At present, the criminal is in the custody of the police. A case has been registered against him under the POCSO Act.
