Man Kills Daughter for Having Inter-Caste Love Affair in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: A man allegedly murdered his daughter for having an inter-caste love affair in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior on Friday night. Police have taken the accused into custody.

The murder was committed under the Girwai police station limits. The accused person’s daughter was in love with a youth from another community, which was being opposed by her father and other family members.

According to police sources, the father and the daughter had an altercation on Friday night over her inter-caste relationship. In a rage the man strangled his daughter to death. After being informed, police reached the spot and detained the man. A probe is underway.
