Public Masturbation in Train Lands Indian-Origin Man in Jail in Britain

A 43-year-old Indian-origin man named Mukesh Shah was sentenced to nine months in prison for masturbating in public in front of a lone woman on board a London Underground train.

According to the British Transport Police (BTP), Mukesh Shah, a resident of Primrose Way in Wembley, was found guilty of indecent exposure by a London Inner Crown Court in December 2023.

Shah was also ordered to sign the sex offenders register for 10 years and subjected to a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

On November 4, 2022, at around 11.40 pm, Shah boarded the train in which the complainant woman was travelling alone.

Exposed himself and masturbated. The victim “bravely” captured Shah on camera.

The victim reported the incident to the BTP along with the video. Police managed to identify Shah and arrested him for his indecent behavior.
