Woman Burnt to Death in Telangana

Hyderabad: The charred body of a woman allegedly burnt alive was located in Telangana’s Moinabad on Monday. The body with more than 90 per cent burns was found on a road leading to the agricultural fields of Moinabad.

Farmers stumbled upon the burnt-down body and informed the Moinabad police. Police seized the body and sent it for post-mortem.

The victim has not been identified. Post mortem report will reveal whether she was burnt alive or was murdered first and then her body was burnt down.

Preliminary investigation suggested that the victim was not a local inhabitant. She was brought to the place to be murdered and burnt in the fields. Local police have informed the Cyberabad and Rachakonda Commissionates asking for a missing complaint of any woman being reported.
