DAMaN to Release in Hindi Soon !

Bhubaneswar: Odia movie ‘DAMaN’ is all set to be released in Hindi.

According to sources, the production house is planning for a nationwide release of the movie in the Hindi language to propagate the message of malaria eradication.

The movie got a great success in Odisha within 10 days of release.

Starring Babushan Mohanty, the film received great appreciation throughout and outside Odisha leading to continuous housefuls in theaters and multiplexes in all major towns and cities. The second lead character Dipanwit Dasmohapatra has managed to captivate the audience.

The story of DAMaN is about a young doctor Siddharth, who is making all efforts to provide medical services in extremely remote rural areas. Initially, he is reluctant to leave Bhubaneswar to serve in the naxal-dominated area lacking basic amenities, where he is posted.

In the end, he is seen performing his duty fearlessly without caring about anything. This film has tried to make people aware that malaria can be fatal and it cannot be cured by superstitious practices.
