Neena Gupta In ‘1000 Babies’, A Spine-Chilling Web Series on Mass Infanticide; Watch Teaser

Mumbai: The teaser of ‘1000 Babies’, a chilling web series on mass infanticide, directed by Najeem Koya has been dropped.

The 54-second teaser hints it to be a gripping crime thriller. In the teaser Neena Gupta is seen as a mysterious old woman.

The teaser opens with scenes of an abandoned house in the woods, a mysterious old woman and playful children. All of a sudden, it shifts to a dilapidated hospital where pregnant women are in distress.

The teaser hints at Rahman’s role as a determined cop investigating into a horrific case of mass infanticide. The teaser is centered around a formidable investigator and an enigmatic woman (Neena Gupta).

The series also has Sanju Sivaram, Ashwin Kumar, Adil Ibrahim, Shaju Sreedhar, and Sreekanth Balachandran in key roles. It will will be released in Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.

Neena Gupta has previously worked in Malayalam films Vasthuhara (1991) and Aham (1992).
