Prabhas’ Starrer Salaar May Not Release This Year

Mumbai: Much-awaited ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’ may not hit the theatres this year. It is expected that the film will be released in 2024.

Earlier it was reported that ‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’ will be released in November this year. Initially it was to be released September 28.

Film trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan has tweeted, “As per trade, pan-India star Prabhas’ Salaar is not looking at a release date this year. Salaar Ceasefire is aiming at 2024 release.”

Some reports say because of VFX work the film is getting delayed.

‘Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire’ is directed by KGF director Prashanth Neel. It will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil languages.

It stars Prabhas in the title role with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, and Ramachandra Raju.

This action thriller was announced in December 2020.
