Rana Dugubatti Produces Historical Series ‘Lords of the Deccan’

At the San Diego Comic-Con Telugu cine-star Rana Daggubati, who is famous for films like ‘Baahubali’, ‘Baby’ and ‘Ghazi’, announced his Telugu historical action-drama series ‘Lords of the Deccan’. The series is produced by Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media.

This series to be released on Sony LIV is an adaptation of the Indian bestseller, ‘Lords of The Deccan: Southern India from Chalukyas to Cholas’ authored by Anirudh Kanisetti.

This book won the Book of the Year (Non-Fiction) Award at The Mumbai LitFest.

The ran Dugubatti series will showcase the birth of the Chalukyas, a dynasty that ruled southern India for centuries.
