Watch: Trailer of Indian Superhero Movie “Hanuman” Released

Hyderabad: Teja Sajja’s character combats a power-hungry supervillain played by Vinay Rai with superpowers of Lord Hanuman in the action-packed trailer of Prasanth Varma’s upcoming superhero movie “Hanuman”. Although the film is in Telugu, it will be dubbed in Hindi and other languages.

The trailer opens with Teja diving into depths of a waterbody in Anjanadri, the birthplace of Lord Hanuman. After finding a glowing stone on the riverbed, Teja gains superpowers and enmity of Vinay Rai’s supervillain.

It offers a good versus evil narrative in which Teja breaks ice to wake Lord Hanuman from his meditation.

“Hanuman” is the first film in the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe. Hari Gowra has composed the background score for this upcoming original Indian superhero movie.

Hanuman is slated to release in theatres worldwide on January 12, 2024.
