Dr. Marios Gianakis, a professor at Harvard Medical School and doctor at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, said that when we eat red meat regularly, we are more prone to colorectal cancer. In addition, research has shown that those who eat red meat daily have a 16% higher risk of stroke.
