Bushra Bibi, Wife of Jailed Pak Ex-PM Imran Khan, May Be Arrested Soon

islamabad: The wife of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, may be arrested soon in connection with alleged financial irregularities, according to reliable sources. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is reportedly cross-checking specific pieces of evidence that could elevate her status from a witness to an accused.

Simultaneously, NAB is expediting its investigations into Imran Khan’s alleged corruption cases, including the Toshakhana and the UK’s National Crime Agency’s 190 million pounds case, commonly referred to as the Al-Qadir Trust case.

The Bureau is approaching the conclusion of these probes and is contemplating the filing of references against Imran Khan.
