ED Summons AAP’s Goa MLA Goa MLA Durgesh Pathak in Delhi Liquor Policy Case

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday summoned Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Goa MLA Durgesh Pathak to appear before it for questioning in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.

The ED on Monday also interrogated jailed Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s personal assistant Bibhav Kumar in connection with the liquor policy case.

This is the second time that Durgesh Pathak has been summoned by the ED. He was earlier summoned in 2022.

It is alleged that the Delhi government’s liquor policy, introduced in 2021 and withdrawn the next year, provided benefits to liquor licencees. The ED is probing the money trail in the case.
