SKY, Kuldeep, Sundar Offer Prayers At Ujjain’s Mahakaleswar Temple; Pray For Pant’s Speedy Recovery

Ujjain: Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav, and Washington Sundar offered prayers at the Shree Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain alongside members of the Indian team’s support staff.

The players reportedly prayed for Rishabh Pant’s speedy recovery as he battles multiple injuries sustained in a car accident last month.

“We prayed for Rishabh Pant’s speedy recovery. We place a lot of importance on his return. We have already won the series against New Zealand, looking forward to the final match against them,’’ Suryakumar told media.

The three players were seen participating in Lord Shiva’s Bhasma Aarti while dressed in dhotis and angavastrams.

India and New Zealand square off in the final One-Day International on Tuesday, January 24.
