Vivek Agnihotri Labels Nadav Lapid a Terror Patron Amid Threats To Kashmiri Hindus

Mumbai: The director of “The Kashmir Files,” Vivek Agnihotri, expressed his regret on Twitter on Monday over Nadav Lapid’s comments that his movie was “vulgar” and “propaganda.” Agnihotri tweeted a series of tweets after a terrorist group purportedly threatened Kashmiri Pandits living in the Valley once again.

“If any Hindu is targeted in Kashmir after this, you know who has the blood on his/her hand… Pl save this tweet,” Agnihotri tweeted.

Agnihotri’s tweet was in response to a list of Kashmiri Hindus living in the Valley that was published by The Resistance Front, a Lashkar-e-Taiba faction.

Agnihotri included news footage of Mehbooba Mufti supporting an Israeli filmmaker’s criticism of The Kashmir Files as well as pictures of Lapid speaking at the International Film Festival of India in Goa as attachments to his tweet.

In the meantime, the terror organization’s publishing of a list of 56 members of the community’s workforce has put the Kashmir Pandits who work in the Valley in a state of panic.

A blog associated with The Resistance Front (TRF) earlier in the day published a list of 56 Kashmiri Pandit employees covered by the Prime Minister’s Rehabilitation Package (PMRP) and threatened them with intensifying attacks.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Kashmir has demanded an investigation into the social media-circulated list of personnel employed in the Kashmir Valley that was leaked.
