1 Died, 2 Critical as Bike Hits Electric Poll in Odisha’s Sundargarh

Sundargarh: One youth was killed and two others were severely injured after the bike they were riding hit an electric pole in Odisha’s Sundargarh district. The accident occurred near the Budhabhuin area under the Lahunipada police station.

According to reports, the youths were travelling from Lalei to Khandadhar when they met with an accident. The deceased died on the spot. While the other two critically injured youths were shifted to the Hospital in Rourkela for further treatment.

The identity of the youths is yet to be ascertained.

On being informed, local police reached the spot, recovered the body and rushed the injured to the nearby hospital. The cops have begun to probe into the matter.
